Requirements:
- Strong work ethic: organized, motivated, flexible, creative, take initiative
- Love working with children outside
- Background check
- Able to perform job functions: lift/carry children as needed, stand/sit for long periods, jump, run and work outside with children
- Play-based philosophy of working with children
