Job Title: Senior IT Support Representative

**Must be legally authorized to work in the United States**

  • Job Summary: Responsible for the delivery of IT services and programs, including business
    applications, infrastructure, help desk services, end user computing, telecommunications, disaster
    recovery, and security compliance. This role will also support the team by communicating and
    testing upgrades to our internal software that runs our daily business processes of loans and
    investments. A servant's heart full of love and patience.

Reports to: Chief Strategy Officer
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Order and set up new laptops and other technology equipment as requested.
• Daily in office and remote trouble shooting of both Mac and PC hardware set up for 38+users.
• Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and any other peripheral equipment.
• Ensure all hardware is working and cycle out old or damaged gear as needed. Hardware to be currently managed: firewall, including Wi-Fi set up, local storage box, switch and phone patch
panel system, PC (Dell) and Mac gear, monitors, docking stations, and printers.
• Management of antivirus and all other protection software.
• Perform routine system maintenance to always ensure availability of data and communication services during production hours.
• Become familiar with our security and back-up protocol for the entire company IT network and monitor compliance. Continually research ways to grow TSF security and protection of data.
• Works with upper management to mitigate TSF security risk.
• Train employees on best security practices and the use of company tools and applications.
• Walk new staff through Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) steps.
• Participate in the improvements/quality control of the software (Custom Dynamics platform built and managed by outside company – DDI) that runs our daily processes of loans and investments. This includes driving changes as the team requests, testing quality control of monthly upgrades prior to release in a development environment.
• Expand staff training on current application used.
• Contribute to the development of technology vision, solutions, strategy, and standards in
conjunction with leadership.

Education and Experience desired:
• Minimum of 3-5 years in a hands-on multifaceted IT role.
• Help Desk knowledge in setting up new workstations.
• Knowledge of Office 365 is critical.
• Ability and willingness to troubleshoot issues.
• Effective research methods when issues arise in workstations.
• Technical updates to workstations.
• Ability to jump in and learn.
• Software project testing.

  • Spiritual:
    • Clear understanding of the Restoration Movement (RMM) and in agreement with such
    movement.
  • Current member of a non-denominational Christian Church or Church of Christ
    • Outside activities to be above reproach and align with and support organization's goals and
    values.
    • Treats people with respect, keeps commitments, inspires the trust of others, works ethically
    with integrity.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Sit or stand in the same area for long periods of time, being on a computer most of the day,
    answering the phone, reaching, bending, ability to type 35wpm or more.
    • Could involve minimal travel
    • This position is housed in the Parker office.
