Description

The Art League is a multi-faceted 501(c)(3) nonprofit visual arts organization. We comprise a large school, gallery, outreach programs, and an art supplies store.

Strong interpersonal skills, experience in the visual arts, and a sense of humor would ensure a harmonious fit in this position. Possessing curiosity, patience, and an appreciation of the vast repertoire of human strangeness will guarantee that working here is a rewarding experience.

The Art League has a variety of artistic programs and community engagement projects that draw support from the staff, sometimes on evenings or weekends. The set hours are 9:30 to 5:30 Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays (generally one weekend per month per staff member). The pace of the office varies from helter-skelter to low key, depending on the time of year. Benefits are available.
