Essential Functions:

Talent Sourcing Specialist (Open) This job will be responsible for a combination of both sourcing and recruiting functions. In regard to sourcing, this job is responsible for using external and internal databases to find talent, qualify them for key positions and send them forward to the operational team. This role uses various tools and resources to uncover the best untapped talent and develop talent pipelines for the company's most critical skill sets. In regard to recruiting, this job is responsible for executing recruitment strategies and full life cycle recruiting activities for clinical and non-clinical positions. This job will also review and evaluate job openings and will partner with hiring managers to determine candidate interview approach. Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  1. Must have computer skills and dexterity required for data entry and retrieval of information.
  2. Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  3. Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other Candidate Relationship Management tools.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, time management skills and both oral and written communication skills.
  6. Possess initiative and creativity to suggest ideas that improve the team's ability to meet/exceed hiring objectives.
  7. Ability to succeed in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
  8. Creative enthusiasm including the ability to get past roadblocks using solutions-oriented problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects and competing demands to meet deadlines.
  10. Skills to proactively identify and influence top level talent through a variety of talent sourcing techniques (e.g. Linked In, Twitter, Facebook, Internet Recruiting, Job Boards, Applicant Tracking Systems, Boolean Searches, etc.).
  11. Judgment skills to identify when customer issues need to be escalated. Job Duties
  12. Collaborates with Hiring Mangers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and position profile requirements.
  13. Develops and implements talent sourcing and recruitment strategies to support business strategies.
  14. Drive sourcing efforts for each business channel for specific roles and future pipelines.
  15. Source candidates leveraging various platforms with a strong emphasis on Linked In, Indeed, the company's Talent Community, Social Media, hire EZ, Search Engines, Boolean strings, Digital and Campus Recruitment Leads, the company's Applicant Tracking System, and niche regional/national job boards and associations.
  16. Executes full life cycle recruiting activities for all positions in assigned area.
  17. Attend business meetings and events as required.
  18. Prepare and present strategic sourcing presentations.
  19. Provides HR compliance by enforcing recruitment policies, programs, and implementation approaches.
  20. Maintain positive business relationships with area leaders, hiring managers as well as HR Departments.
  21. Supports and participates in corporate HR internal projects.
  22. Other related duties as required.

Requirements:

  1. Associate degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of education.
  2. Bachelor's degree or advanced postsecondary education degree preferred.
  3. 2 years of experience in Corporate Sourcing, Recruiting, or TA Coordinating.
  4. Experience with Workday technologies, sourcing hard-to-find candidates, experience in full life cycle recruitment and experience working in the Healthcare industry preferred.Preferred - Certified
  5. Professional in Human Resources (PHR); Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR); Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR); Linked In Certified Professional Recruiter; AIRS Certified Social Sourcing Recruiter (CSSR).
