Description

CBHN is searching for a highly experienced and passionate Grants Project Manager to work with our organization. Duties for the Grants Project Manager include managing overall grant project work, optimizing the grant administration process, preparing progress reports, ensuring compliance with grant regulations, and managing grant databases and tracking systems.

The ideal candidate for this role should have superior organizational skills, great leadership qualities, and exceptional grant management skills. The Grants Project Manager ensures that grant programs operate efficiently and oversees grant administration. The Grants Project Manager must have the ability to lead and manage multiple grant projects, and effectively implement grant projects to achieve goals and objectives, manage budgets and key deliverables. In addition, the Grants Project Manager is responsible for tracking grant project performance, analyzing data and outcomes, and assisting with the preparation of grant proposals.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Project Coordination

  • Compile, analyze, and organize data and grant project findings for internal and external
  • Manage event logistics in statewide, including securing venues and catering, securing interpreters, compiling resources and speaker presentations, assembling meeting packets, sending thank you notes to speakers, compiling and analyzing participant evaluation forms, and documenting
  • Conduct outreach to members and partners to increase awareness and participation in grant related

Grant Management

  • Manage the implementation of grant projects.
  • Coordinate with funding organization’s staff and CBHN staff.
  • Manage the development of reports including tracking progress for grant objectives, drafting reports, and coordinating staff input and
  • Manage and maintain documentation and reporting documents for
  • Manage and analyze grant evaluation indicators including grant program
  • Ensure grant deliverables are completed on time.

Communications and Technology

  • Use reporting systems to manage grant reporting and
  • Utilize and manage grants database and software tools.

Other:

  • Report to Executive Director on a regular basis through scheduled meetings and participate in staff meetings.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate work
  • At least three years of experience supporting grant management
  • Strong writing skills including proofreading and
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and with supervisor in a remote office, if
  • Comfortable working in a small office environment where hard work, a sense of humor, and flexibility are highly
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet conflicting deadlines within a dynamic

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is primarily sedentary with some light
  • Must be able to exert or lift up to 20 pounds of force
  • Travel may be necessary up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MPH Degree preferred but not required.
  • A successful track record in grants and project management.
  • Possesses drive and initiative and can work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working with databases, analytical tools, and various online meeting
  • Passionate about health equity and CBHN’s mission, programs, and relevant public policy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, project and grant management tools, Zoom/Webex, etc.
