  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a must!

What You’ll Do and What to Expect: 

  • Be the go-to team member when it comes to building and implementing a new system that will help streamline the business.
  • Managing meeting and appointment schedules travel arrangements, filing system, email correspondence, financial reports, and office supply inventory.
  • An autonomous working environment, direct communication, and being upheld to a high
  • standard.
  • Overseeing and supporting all administrative duties in the office while ensuring the smooth operation of the office tasks.
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, databases, and presentations.
  • Basic bookkeeping tasks
  • You will provide direct Executive support to the Executive Director.
  • Liaising with the Board of Directors, and maintain all communication
  • Serving as an interpreter for Spanish speaking clients as needed

  • Advanced computer skills and experience with online platforms
  • eTapestry is a plus!

This is a Hybrid(Mostly In-Office) Full-time role in the Los Angeles area offering full medical, half dental/vision insurance, and amazing PTO benefits! The salary for this position is negotiable based on experience.
