Description

OVERVIEW

Release Recovery Foundation committed to ensuring all who are ready and willing to seek professional treatment are able to do so, seeks an exceptional executive director with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team. Our first executive director ideally enjoys working directly with donors, is a collaborative team player, and is enthusiastic about playing a pivotal role in a rapidly growing and successful organization. We have an engaged and effective board of directors, and last year Release Recovery raised $1.3M from a series of event-related fundraisers.

As an executive director, you will spend 50% of your time fundraising and working with the board of directors and 50% of your time establishing Release Recovery's organizational strategies, operations structure, and public image. You will oversee all fundraising events and assure intentional donor cultivation and stewardship. The executive director reports to the founder and the board of directors with whom you will collaborate.

ABOUT RELEASE RECOVERY FOUNDATION

Release Recovery Foundation, founded in 2018, is the 501(c)(3) partner of Release Recovery, a successful early recovery program. Release Recovery Foundation was established to provide financial assistance to individuals without the means to afford quality post-rehabilitation services. Our program participants are placed in partner recovery sites, not in Release Recovery facilities.

With an active and committed board of directors last year, Release Recovery Foundation raised approximately $1.3M from sports-based fundraising events. We have a fast-growing donor base and many fundraising opportunities. Our successful growth has resulted in the need for our first executive director.

Our parent company, Release Recovery, is dedicated to helping clients build a strong foundation in early recovery. Through our individualized program of intensive support and supervision, we guide clients toward a life of accountability. Our clients learn to make purposeful decisions while exploring their passions and potential. We provide 24/7 supervision in the first month of residency—the safety of our clients is tantamount to their success, and our staff will always provide transportation—and offer full, structured days of volunteer work, recovery meetings, and group activities. Through our individualized 4 Tier recovery program, clients will learn to nurture their recoveries, gain the skills to pursue their ambitions, explore healthy and productive outlets for self-growth, and ultimately practice sustainable self-sufficiency. Release is more than just a place to live. Release is a community dedicated to helping clients discover their potential and live their best lives.
