The New Mexico Center for Therapeutic Riding (NMCTR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that expands and enriches the lives of children, youth, and adults who have a wide array of special needs and challenges through equine assisted-activities and therapies (EAAT). To achieve its mission, NMCTR integrates innovative programming and result monitoring with PATH International best practices.

As it moves into its next phase of accelerated growth and expansion, NMCTR is looking for a dynamic capacity builder who is forward-looking to lead the organization. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading and overseeing the funding, operational, financial, and administrative functions of the organization. Responsibilities include fund development, marketing, and community/donor/Board relations.
