Description

Under the general supervision of the Manager of Enrollment Data Services, this position is responsible for all enrollment marketing and communications from the Slate CRM and the student information system. This key position will develop, test, send, and assess enrollment communications in support of Undergraduate, Graduate, and Regional and Online recruitment. The position will also build and manage Slate templates, query populations, content blocks, and logic for all communications, including ad-hoc texting and email campaigns. It will support the management of drip marketing campaigns and populations for segmented communication that targets all phases of the admissions funnel. The incumbent will collaborate with enrollment colleagues and the College's marketing team to develop high-performing campaigns through creative marketing strategy, design, and content and recommend approaches to strengthen results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and maintain Slate templates, query populations, content blocks, and logic for all mailings; support management of drip marketing campaigns and populations for segmented communication that targets all phases of the admissions funnel.

Collaborate with admissions and marketing staff in the development of integrated marketing efforts in support of recruitment initiatives and goals and annual communication plan.

Oversee/manage all on and off campus recruiting events using Slate's Events module.

Create, manage, and troubleshoot event templates, communications, and registrations.

Oversee/manage all enrollment travel and any related communications using Slate's Trips/Scheduler module. Create, manage, and troubleshoot forms, queries, and communications.

Provide Slate Software Development and Support: Support the functional users through administration, systems analysis, process development, and technical support.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Programing or Information Technology and or 3-5 years of experience working in enrollment CRM or equivalent combination of degree and experience.  Master's degree preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Experience with Slate CRM and Banner SIS desired.

Broad understanding of the admissions life cycle and how it relates to system design and functionality.

SQL knowledge and experience writing database queries.

Ability to handle multiple priorities; communicate well in written and verbal form.

Excellent problem solving and investigative skills.

Ability to recognize potential for errors with processes/reports, and how to solve those errors.

This position has been designated as forward facing and as such, the incumbent will be required to be immunized against COVID-19, including a vaccine booster on or before their first day of employment.
