Description

Director of Operations
Overview: The Center for Land-Based Learning cultivates opportunity for youth, for agriculture, for business, for the environment. Our work has never been more necessary than now. For 27 years, we have engaged and trained a new generation of agricultural and natural resource industry professionals; from high school students just starting to explore career paths to new farmers and entrepreneurs eager to enter the field. Our Mission is to inspire, educate, and cultivate future generations of farmers, agricultural leaders, and natural resource stewards.
2020 has marked an incredible year of change and growth for CLBL. In May, we moved from our Winters, CA, home of 19 years, to a state-of-the-art, newly constructed Statewide Headquarters and new farm infrastructure.
