POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Content Manager, will assist in the development and growth of the Sisters of Notre Dame East-West Province website, social media channels, internal and external communication efforts, and digital content. In addition, the Digital Content Manager will support the strategic planning efforts of the Director of Communications and help guide and direct communications decisions and initiatives. This position will provide communications support for all messaging and materials relating to the SNDdeN-EW Province, collaborating across the Mission Advancement Team and supporting Development, Outreach and Partnerships.
The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, and willing to try a project, risk failure, and create success. They are a problem solver, quick learner and a team player with strong communication skills and a willingness to roll up their sleeves.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Work collaboratively across the organization to ensure all digital communications activities support Communications and the Missional Advancement Team
• Responsible for assisting in the development and execution of communications strategies
• Responsible for ongoing development and updates to the website
• Drive establishment of analytics tools and SEO
• Manage the creation of content, including stories, social media, campaign collateral, messaging and media presentations
• Execution and development of agreed upon marketing plans and campaigns from concept to implementation and analysis
• Maintain quality and consistency across all communications
• Assist in oversight of communications editorial calendar
• Manage email campaigns, including design, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends
• Conduct regular meetings with the Director of Communications to report status on all marketing-related activities and how they perform concerning overall organizational goals
• Assist in ensuring digital design relevance, accuracy, and alignment with the organization's brand identity
• Maintain confidentiality in all work and interactions
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
• Ability to represent and communicate the vision and mission of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, and a desire to make a significant difference for them
• Proven success in project management, website development, analytics and social media strategy is critical
• Exceptional writing, planning and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of how to communicate and deliver content on multiple platforms
• Proficient in CMS/WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator), Marketing Automation, SEO, Google Ads/Analytics and Social Media platforms
• Adept at setting and measuring digital activity to manage progress toward goals; strong research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
• Strong background in marketing and campaign-driven roles
• Refined communication, management, leadership, and analytical skills. Proven experience developing proactive, compelling, and creative digital communications with a record of delivering high-impact results
• Proficiency in using content management systems
• Extensive experience with Google Analytics and SEO

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, public relations, or related discipline
• 5+ years of relevant experience in communications and marketing projects or program management and website development
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions based on sound judgment
• Clear and articulate communicator who can translate complex technical ideas easily
• Ability to plan around multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• A team player with a demonstrated ability to work well in a collaborative environment
• This job will be located in the Boston or Belmont metro area
