JOB SUMMARY:

The Community Engagement Program Manager is responsible for building a network of activists and leaders, Agency outreach, and capacity building. The Community Engagement Program Manager is also responsible for ensuring that all program mandates and contract compliance standards are being met for the Prevention and Aftercare program. The Community Engagement Program Manager is also responsible for maintaining relationships with community partners and establishing community networks.

Develop a community network of activists and leaders to participate in the Community Action

Group and other agency activities

Oversee contract compliance for Prevention and Aftercare program

Ensure all clinical services meet legal and ethical standards and are HIPAA compliant

Review and analyze monthly service numbers to assess alignment with budget and initiate preventative measures if any problems appear

Ensure the agency provides services to the required number of families each month in order to meet DCFS’ expectation and to maximize the contract allocation

Provide direction and supervision to staff to ensure optimal client services

Develop and maintain program protocols, service delivery standards, and cultivate new and innovative partnerships to best serve children and their families

Co-facilitate monthly community collaborative meetings and collect stakeholder feedback surveys

Serve as a liaison to community partner networks, and manage subcontracts and MOUs

Serve as the liaison for the Jesuit Volunteer Corp and Health Neighborhood Initiative

Coordinate events for WCC children and families on literacy, gardening, art, health and nutrition

Lead coordination of WCC’s annual Arts Festival

Lead cross-agency outreach, management of outreach calendar and budget, and purchasing of

materials

Coordinate and facilitate Community Action Group

Participate on rotation as a member of the agency-wide Performance and Quality Improvement

Team (PQI) and present the Prevention and Aftercare Program; oversee implementation of

Prevention and Aftercare Program PQI goals

Attend funder-mandated evaluation, trainings, and meetings

Complete additional funder reporting documentation as required

Proactively participate and represent the agency in meetings, trainings and conferences

Evening and weekend hours may be required
