Embrace Families, located in Orlando, FL, seeks a compassionate, transformative decision-maker to serve as their next Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Embrace Families is a recognized national leader in child welfare, dedicated to serving and advocating for vulnerable children and families in need. With a deep-rooted commitment to ensuring the safety, well-being, and stability of children, Embrace Families operates with a mission-driven approach guided by a team of dedicated professionals who strive to make a positive and lasting impact on the lives of those they serve.

With a revenue of approximately $100M, Embrace Families serves over 12% of Central Florida's youth population and employs nearly 200 people. An additional 400–500 individuals are subcontracted to help provide key services. The Department of Children and Families (DCF) works closely with Embrace Families to fund the core part of their mission: family diversion/support and prevention, foster care, adoption, and related child welfare services. In addition, Embrace Families offers other services supporting family homelessness, youth mental health, child victim advocacy, and young adult career training.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the CEO will lead a purpose-driven organization with a deeply ingrained mission of providing comprehensive youth and family-focused child welfare services. The next CEO will be a leader who can work within and appreciate Embrace Families' unique structure, learning from past successes and demonstrating a profound commitment to its mission and the families and youth it serves. The successful candidate will have proven success building cohesive teams and leading a fast-paced, multifaceted organization with complex administrative, financial, operational, political, and service demands.
