Ag Innovations is a nonprofit based in Sebastopol that facilitates systems leadership and collaborative action in California around key issues including agricultural viability, fire and forest resiliency, water stewardship, and food systems. Position Summary

We are excited to announce our need for a part-time Bilingual Project Coordinator.  This position may expand into a full-time position in the future. This position supports our facilitation team in creating effective change processes. The successful candidate will assist with preparation and support of meetings including venue management, catering, audio-visual,  on-site coordination and note-taking. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are appreciated to enhance participant relations such as scheduling attendance and RSVPs,  coordination of speakers and guests. Experience in conducting outreach and communications is a plus. Must be interested in working directly with the public.

 

This individual will also provide logistics, scheduling, coordination, communications and other support to the Ag Innovations programs staff and the Board of Directors.  This position reports directly to a Senior Facilitator with dotted line reporting to the Executive Director.

 

Fluency in Spanish and a bachelor’s degree is required. This position may grow into a full time, benefited position.

 

 

SALARY and BENEFITS OFFERING

This is a part-time, non-exempt, non-benefitted position with a pay range of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
