Position: Behavioral Health Specialist

Part-time with opportunity for Full-time

Flexible Schedule (up to 30 hrs/wk  Mon-Fri)

$17 - $19 per hour

Primary Job Responsibilities/Expectations

1. Provide professional behavior modification services with children and families within an FFA environment
2. Accurate and timely reporting and detailed documentation of service within the allotted timeframe of 48 hours
3. Effective in communication and use of communication channels
4. Organized, effective use of time management tools (familiar with Outlook and OneDrive)
5. Committed, engaged, team player
6. Skills to evaluate, launch and build relationships (co-workers and clients)
7. Able to attain and maintain 60% productivity
8. Work with clients and families in the home when and if needed
9. Ability to work independently
10. Ability to communicate (verbal and written) and document in a professional and clinical manner
11. Ability to navigate computer technology and proficient in typing
12. Creatively implement modification tools and interventions

Job Qualifications/Requirements

1. Preferred 2-year experience in behavioral health field or use of behavioral modification interventions
2. Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in a field related to behavioral health (Psychology. Sociology, or related field)
3. Familiar with Electronic Medical Records systems or similar BH documentation and treatment formats
4. Certifications, clearances, NPI, DL, CPR and other requirements
5. Bi-lingual (Spanish)
