Description
This is a work at home National opportunity. NEA Charitable Fundraising Services (NEA) opens new charities and foundations for individuals. We have a calling to get more American's involved in charitable acts. We charge just enough to cover our costs.
We are looking for retired or semi retired independent consultants to source and qualify new candidates for foundations. Applicants work at their own pace and cover their own expenses.
NEA charges $25,000 for each new private charitable foundation we set up. NEA will pay a $10,000 commission for each new foundation client.
Surprisingly, email marketing is an excellent tool for selling private foundations to business owners. The ideal email marketing list will have these components:
Business Owner Name,
Business Owner Address
Business Owner Phone Number
Business Owner Email
Business owner age 55-75
Sales from $5,000,000 to $25,000,000 Annually
In Business 10 Years or Longer
Depending on the quality of the email and the email marketing list, you could expect to pay between 5 and 15 cents per prospect. Using 10 cents as an average and purchasing 10,000 prospect names, you would incur a cost of $1,000.00. You could expect a hit rate of about ¼% or about 25 responses. Of those 25 responses, about half will qualify and go forward. That is a total of 12.5 sales or $125,000 in gross revenue to you.
There is no guarantee that these percentages will hold up every time. Sometimes you will get a 1% return rate (100 prospects) and sometimes you will get .0010 response rate or 10 prospects. Regardless of the result of each email effort, the numbers make pretty good sense.
We ask that you do some very basic prescreening and have prospects complete our application documents.
