Therapist

Adult & Child provides behavioral health services in central Indiana and surrounding counties, in our community, and provide services in our clinics.  We are currently hiring School Based Therapists, Community Based Therapist, and Clinic Based Therapists to help clients manage behavioral health needs, addictions, etc.  Our Therapists are supported by a team of Skills Development staff and other therapists, who work with the clients to reinforce the treatment plan.

• Provide clinical services and evidence based/best treatment to assigned caseload including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy, skills development and case management services
• Provide crisis intervention/emergency services by assessing risk, development of safety plans, reporting of any abuse or neglect, coordinating hospitalization or any other emergency situations
• Communicate and collaborate with collateral contacts by consulting with providers regarding integrated health, current function, medication related- issues, educations support and any other care related to client/families
• Provide both individual and family therapy
• Complete clinical documentation timely and accurately, maintaining ethical standards of Adult & Child

Requirements:

• Masters in social work or other license-eligible field
• Must be license eligible for an LSW, LCSW, LCAC LMHC-A, LMHC or LMFT in Indiana
• Licensed with an LSW, LCSW, LCAC LMHC-A, LMHC or LMFT in Indiana (preferred)
• Must hold a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and provide own, insured, transportation
• Knowledge of industry best practices
