Description

B Lab Global is looking for a Standards Implementation Program Manager to strengthen the collaboration and impact of multiple key functions across B Lab Global. As a key member of the Global Programs team, this role will be responsible for driving implementation of major standards projects and updates across teams and across our Global Network. This role will be focused on significant stakeholder & change management within B Lab Global and our Global Network to ensure all teams understand their accountabilities, relevant dependencies, and have the support and voice necessary for successful delivery.

The candidate in this role can be based in New York, Philadelphia, Amsterdam, London, or São Paulo.

About you

  • 4 to 6 years of experience managing complex programs and/or projects
  • Experience tackling complex projects with a diverse set of stakeholders
  • Tech-forward project management skills with the ability to deliver results in a timely and effective manner
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills, with the ability to distill complex details to a wider audience
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels and departments in a globally distributed organization
  • An understanding of the large and small differences that exist across a global network, with the ability to customize your approach to address local and global realities
  • Willing to assess processes and programs to develop & implement improvements
  • Must have an understanding and awareness of Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (JEDI) principles and how to apply them
    • Respect for diversity of identities and experiences; an orientation toward equity and inclusion, and cultural competency in all aspects of business
  • Comfort in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Experience with Asana, Google Suite, Slack or comparable tools project management and communication tools

While not required the following would be a plus:

  • Experience in the non-profit space and/or the sustainability standards space
  • Experience with aspects of business outside of the United States
  • Familiarity with B Lab's mission & a passion for impact driven work
  • Proficiency in languages besides English
