Lutheran Volunteer Corps-Stipend Volunteer

Lutheran Volunteer Corps is a service year organization that is currently in 3 cities, Washington, DC, Baltimore, MD, and The Twin Cities. We place volunteers with our amazing non-profit partners in full-time positions for a year, while providing housing, health insurance, transportation, utilities, internet, and 2 weeks paid vacation.

LVC provides programming around anti-white supremacy culture and provides "program days", retreats, and meet-up groups throughout the year. We encourage people of all faiths, spiritual traditions, or no- traditions at all. We provide community and spiritual mentors for each house in the program.

LVC holds strong beliefs regarding the inclusion and celebration of people of color and the LGBTQ+ community. We are an organization that values sustainability, social justice and intentional community woven together in a learning environment for our volunteers and greater community.
