Description
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill a Director of Foundation position. The Director of Foundation is responsible for generating financial resources to support initiatives at Bitterroot Health, including developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential donors, planning and implementing fundraising campaigns, including capital campaigns, and activities to inspire community, grant, and planned giving. The Director of Foundation serves at the pleasure of the Bitterroot Health Foundation Board of Directors and receives principal direction and performance management from the Bitterroot Health Foundation Board of Directors with management oversite from the Bitterroot Health CFO.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Preferred college degree – Marketing, Communications, Business or Law
- Job Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Computer (Word, Excel, Publisher, Social Media), efficient typing skills, excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills, good organization and recordkeeping, with attention to detail and ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience: Preferred minimum of 3 years fundraising experience including meeting or exceeding fundraising goals.
