Progressive Lifestyles, Inc. has been in operation since 1983. Serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. A primary focus of our organization is to build relationships with the individuals we serve through The Culture of Gentleness. We strive to help the individuals feel Safe and Loved, while maximizing Praise, minimizing Demands, maintaining consistent Structure, and reducing stress during Transitions. We will mentor you in The Culture of Gentleness beginning on the first day of your employment.

Direct Support Professionals must have a valid Michigan driver's license and be (18) years or older. No experience necessary. All required training is paid by Progressive Lifestyles, Inc. and we even pay you for your training hours!

Are you a college student? We offer a $200 tuition reimbursement for books each fall and winter semester, and we will work our schedule around (2) days of school. Want to be a college student? We offer an apprenticeship program in partnership with Oakland Community College.

Current employees who refer a friend receive a $150.00 bonus after they complete their first scheduled shift. They receive an additional $150.00 at their (60) day anniversary date. That's $300.00 in total, just for bringing in people you know and want to work with!!
