Our ideal candidate will:
- Assist the Senior Director in prospect management of major and prospective gift donors and tracking them throughout the donor lifecycle.
- Research potential individual donors and write concise profiles.
- Prepare components of grant proposals such as budgets and background documents and assist with drafting concept papers and other proposal documents.
- Oversee the proper acknowledgment of all charitable donations and ensure efficient and effective stewardships of all donors.
A true passion for our organization’s work! Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing or related field. 2-3 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, grant writing or grants management - experience may substitute for education. Experience with Salesforce or other customer relationship management software. Excellent verbal and strong writing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, prospects and donors.
