Starting Salary: $52,000.00-$56,000 per year

North American Family Institute (NAFI) CT is actively seeking passionate licensed eligible clinical therapists to support NAFI in its mission to make a meaningful impact on the lives of youths, young adults, and their families. Within our MST programs, our mission is to provide the highest level of care to individuals between the ages of 9 to 26 years old. We are seeking clinical therapist for the MST programs listed below.

· Multisystemic Therapy (MST)

· Multisystemic Therapy for Problem Sexual Behavior (MST- PSB)

· Multisystemic Therapy for Emerging Adults (MST-EA)

Qualifications:

· Actively working towards the following licenses: LPCA, MFTA, and LMSW.

· Formal training in an evidenced based MST models provided.

Clinical Therapist Essential Job Duties:

· Maximum case load of 4-6 clients/families.

· Opportunity to work with a next-generation, evidence-based practice known as MST to support clients in overcoming and navigating addiction, trauma, aggression / agitation, truancy, and maladaptive behaviors.

· Use an eclectic approach including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, contingency management, and motivational interviewing to drive change and improve client’s quality of life.

· Support clients in re-kindling and improving their family dynamics.

· Collaborate with DCF, Juvenile/Adult Probation, and community providers to ensure continuity of care.

· Conduct diagnostic, safety, and behavioral assessments regularly.

· Licensure supervision hours, opportunities available.
