Arts Program Officer for a Family Foundation (Experience with Theater Proposal Reviews)

I am looking for a consulting Arts Program Officer with a minimum of two years of experience reviewing grant proposals from arts and theater organizations in California and New York for community, corporate, or family foundations. Knowledge of each area’s performing, and visual arts scenes is a must. The position can be remote, with a commitment to three meetings per year on Zoom for now (in February, end of September, and beginning of October). The position would entail around 160 hours a year, a total of 15 full reviews, and around 25 shorter due diligence reviews, with most work occurring between May and the end of the year.  Good communication and research skills needed. Work would formally begin in January 2022. Experience in other program areas a plus!
