Description

This position is responsible for planning and implementing an external annual giving program, an internal employee and staff campaign and an alumni campaign. It Identifies and cultivates prospects and new donors and maximizes annual gifts from continuing donors.

Activities may include:
(1) fundraising and recognition events,
(2) mail, online, phone and text-to-give appeals,
(3) internal and other campaigns, honor/memorial gifts,
(3) in-kind gifts and
(4) alumni engagement and other cultivation and solicitation activities.

Specific duties include:
Develop and implement an Annual Fund Plan. Outline objectives, strategies, financial goals, budget, timelines and evaluation for each component of the annual giving program, including events, appeals, campaigns, recognition activities, alumni engagement and approaches to identify new donors. Track and report progress toward goals and submit summary upon completion. Communicate with donors, prospects, alumni and volunteers to connect/reconnect them with the College and events, activities and resources. Manage the Alumni Network, support the Alumni Leadership Board and showcase Outstanding Alumni to Tampa Bay community. Contribute to Annual Report, newsletters, emails and other communications. Conduct appeals via mail, online, phone and other means to solicit gifts from alumni, internal and external constituents. Coordinate communications and mailings, printed materials, supplies and records.
