Description

The Administrative Manager is responsible for supporting the executive leadership team and board president for a local Healthcare Non-Profit through coordination of office operations, procedures and resources. In this role you will manage projects and support cross functional organizational initiatives while serving as the main point of contact for visitors and vendors.

Responsibilities Include

  • Support the executive team to achieve team priorities and targets.
  • Assist in executing transformation and strategic initiatives and programs.
  • Provide a data-driven and analytical approach to programs and initiatives.
  • Process improvement to create or implement frameworks, systems, and processes to streamline operations and increase productivity.
  • Strong communication and writing skills to produce and/or review executive internal and external communications, including company presentations, reports, pitch decks, or other communications.
  • Work directly with the CEO and Executive Team collaborating on business decisions, communication, priorities, and other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Manage the-day-to day office activities and management.
  • Administrative duties, maintain appointment schedule, answer phones, greet visitors, run errands, process mail, make travel arrangements, organize events and meetings, and maintain the organization and housekeeping of all office buildings.
  • Create presentations, organize, prepare documents, and make arrangements for Board meetings.
  • Accounts payable, processing invoices, reconciling invoices, making bank deposits, and reconciling accounts.
  • Maintain supply inventory and purchase office supplies.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required, Associates Degree preferred
  • 5 or more years' experience with a minimum of 3 years experience as an executive assistant
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • MS Office, Project Management, Administrative Practices and Basic Accounting
  • Experience in a healthcare organization is preferred
