The Opportunity

SAL is hiring a full-time, remote team member to be a part of implementing and strengthening our core programs by increasing internal capacity on the State Repro Hub team. The State Repro Hub Manager is a key thought and implementation partner to the State Repro Hub Director and will have the opportunity to be a part of a small and growing team. This position will have the opportunity to create new systems to manage our newly established website and respond to requests and queries from members. The Hub Manager will learn and develop an understanding of the technical assistance resources available across the movement, thinking of ways to make them more accessible to state-based advocates, and helping to create exciting content that fills in the gaps. This role requires a unique combination of efficient task and request management, deep relationship-building, and creative problem-solving to move SAL’s work of strengthening state-based organizations and coalitions forward.

Who You Are

You can most likely be found sending links for trainings and interesting articles you come across to folks in your network who have been looking for this *exact thing!* You have a keen ability to remember skillsets and make unique connections, and enjoy building relationships and networks that drive movement work forward. You thrive when solving problems and love to think outside the box. You’re a big fan of good systems and have created a few of your own, and you know that good data management, quick response times, and a passion for logistics is just as important to project success as it is to building trust. An overflowing inbox of partners looking for support is an exciting challenge you seek to make a path through, not one that stops you in your tracks.

How To Apply

Application Process

SAL is partnering with  CLC Endeavors. To apply, please submit a resume to SAL-SRHM@clcendeavors.com. In the body of your email, please provide brief (3-4 sentence) answers to the following prompts:

  1. Why are you drawn to this work?

  2. What core experience(s) would guide how you approach relationship-building with state-based reproductive health, rights, and justice movement advocates?

  3. Tell us about a system you use to organize or track a part of your work, how you found it or created it, and why it works for you.

Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, but we will prioritize those who apply by June 14th.  We hope to have candidates start in September. Candidates can generally expect these stages of the hiring process:

  1. Preliminary screening interview with CLC Endeavors.

  2. Narrative in-depth interview with CLC Endeavors following feedback by SAL.

  3. Interview with SAL State Repro Hub Director.

  4. Final panel interview with SAL team members (may include a brief exercise).

  5. Reference Checks
