Registered Nurse Manager

True Choice Medical Clinics invites a compassionate Registered Nurse to step into the role of Nurse Manager, leading our medical team with excellence and faith. Overview of Role:
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure compassionate, high-quality care
- Provide hands-on nursing services (including venipuncture & patient education)
- Collaborate with physicians, ultrasound staff, and patient advocates for holistic care
- Ensure compliance with medical and regulatory standards
- Opportunity to be trained in limited obstetrical ultrasound

Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: $45/hr | 32 hrs/week (6 & 8-hour shifts)

Qualifications:
- Current California RN license & BLS certification
- 3+ years of nursing experience (OB-GYN/women’s health preferred)
- Leadership ability and strong interpersonal skills
