About IMPACT Bay Area

IMPACT Bay Area ("IMPACT") is a 501c3 nonprofit organization whose vision is a courageous future where people use their individual empowerment skills to live fuller, more confident lives and create safer communities.

IMPACT offers violence-prevention programs for people to embody their own power, set effective boundaries, defend their physical and emotional safety, and heal. We build brave spaces for people who experience and resist violence differently because of who they are or how they are perceived, like women, youth, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, etc.

As a member of IMPACT Violence Prevention, formerly IMPACT International, we have offered evidence-based programs in the Bay Area for over 30 years. IMPACT serves over 1,000 people each year through public programs and partnerships with major corporations, community organizations, schools, and other groups.
