Logistics & Fulfillment Lead

As FieldKit has evolved, it’s become clear that we need someone on our team who can set us up for growth, work hands-on to shape our logistical and fulfillment procedures, and optimize the process of getting FieldKit products into customers’ hands.

We’re looking for someone with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to own FieldKit’s logistical operations, preparing and fulfilling customer orders from beginning to end. You’re adept at working to deadlines, tracking your progress, and forecasting upcoming crunch moments that might necessitate additional support staff. If you’re a proactive problem solver who would love nothing more than to shape both our lab space and operational processes into a well-oiled machine, we’d love to hear from you. Requirements

Workplace: This person will work out of the FieldKit lab in Downtown Los Angeles.

Compensation: FieldKit provides a comprehensive compensation package, including competitive salary ($70,000 per annum, additional dependent on experience), excellent medical and dental benefits, retirement savings, and generous vacation and sick leave policy.
