Responsibilities:

*Perform routine data audits and quality checks: You'll be responsible for conducting regular data audits and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data.
*Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client data: You'll be entrusted with sensitive information, and it's essential that you maintain confidentiality and security at all times.
*Respond to emails and queries related to data tasks: You'll be the primary point of contact for data-related queries and will respond promptly and professionally to emails and other communications.
*Follow company procedures and protocols for data handling and processing: You'll be expected to follow established procedures and protocols for data handling and processing, including data entry, data validation, and data backup.
*Collaborate with other team members to ensure project goals are met: You'll work closely with other team members to ensure that project goals are met and that data is accurately and efficiently processed.
Qualifications:
*Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or related field: You'll need to have a proven track record of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
*Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace: You'll need to be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, as well as Google Workspace.
*Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with a high level of accuracy: Your typing speed and accuracy will be crucial in this role, and we require a minimum of 40 WPM with a high level of accuracy.
*Strong attention to detail and organizational skills: You'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.
