Cooper House believes that the earliest years of a child's life shape everything that comes after, and every family they serve is proof of what's possible when the right support arrives at the right time. As the organization takes an exciting step toward independent nonprofit status, they are looking for an Executive Director to help carry that mission into the future.
This is a rare opportunity to help shape an organization at a pivotal moment while advancing a proven model of care. The Executive Director will partner with a committed Board and a talented team of staff members to build a strong funding base, expand access to Cooper House's services, and increase visibility for a model of care that truly changes lives. You will be the public face of the organization, building relationships with funders, community partners, and early childhood advocates across the region.
The right candidate is a people-first leader who knows how to lead through change with steadiness and care. You bring experience in nonprofit leadership, fundraising, and strategic planning, and you are deeply committed to equity and culturally responsive practice. A background in early childhood, mental health, or human services is a plus, but what matters most is your belief in the power of early intervention and your ability to inspire others around a shared mission.
