ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION

Since 2006, One Village Partners has worked to improve lives in Sierra Leone by placing local communities at the center of our programs and decision-making. Our mission is to enhance collective wellbeing across Sierra Leone by investing in people and communities through authentic, lasting partnerships.

We’ve lived this mission by partnering with more than 70,000 people across 70 communities to reduce multidimensional poverty and catalyze long-term change. Grounded in trust, equity, and local leadership, our programs are co-designed and implemented with communities - supporting them to identify their own priorities and build sustainable, community-driven solutions.

We envision a future where Sierra Leoneans amplify their collective power to lead transformational change; shaping the future of their villages, districts, and nation.
