Spring Point Partners
Philadelphia, PA (Onsite)
ABOUT SPRING POINT PARTNERS
Founded in Philadelphia, Spring Point Partners, LLC (Spring Point) is a social impact organization that invests in the transformational leaders, networks and solutions that power community change and advance justice.
We do this by seeking out and supporting community leaders who have the vision to see what’s possible and the drive to make that real; connecting the experience of partners with comprehensive and flexible supports for shared learning and impact; and investing in innovative ideas and adaptive solutions that can spark and scale change for all.
Whether we’re partnering on youth development, equity in learning, animal welfare, economic justice, or investing in new business models that close opportunity gaps and boost social and economic mobility, we center equity and justice in all we do — supporting individuals and ideas that can have a catalytic impact in their communities and on our society.
Together, let’s change the way social impact is achieved.
ABOUT THE HIVE
The Hive is Spring Point’s dedicated learning and convening space, designed to bring people together for thoughtful gatherings, collaboration, and shared learning. Located in Philadelphia, The Hive serves as a central environment where partners, leaders, and teams come together to engage in meaningful dialogue, strategy, and reflection.
More than a physical space, The Hive is an extension of Spring Point’s approach to impact — intentionally designed to foster connection, support learning, and create environments where ideas and relationships can grow.
The Events Manager plays a key role in bringing The Hive to life through the design and execution of convenings held in the space, while also supporting events that take place beyond it. This role partners closely with operational staff responsible for the space itself and external vendors, ensuring that each convening is thoughtfully designed and executed to reflect Spring Point’s standards for quality, care, and purpose.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Events Manager to lead the design and execution of high-quality convenings that bring people together to learn, connect, and advance meaningful work.
This role serves as the central owner of all events and participant experience across the organization—spanning gatherings held in our dedicated convening space as well as external and partner-facing events.
You will partner closely with internal teams to translate goals and content into thoughtful, well-executed experiences, owning events from concept through post-event reflection. This includes shaping how each convening feels, flows, and delivers value to participants.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who brings both structure and creativity, exercises sound judgment under pressure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional, people-centered experiences.
