Stafford Farm School is hiring a Director of Academics to join our team in West Linn, Oregon!

- Schedule: Monday- Thursday 8 am-4 pm

Who You Are:
You are a servant-minded leader with a strong Christian faith and a passion for education. You lead with humility, wisdom, and warmth, and you thrive in collaborative environments. You’re highly organized, an effective communicator, and enjoy empowering teachers and partnering with families to help students succeed.
Other qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Active teaching license
- Minimum of 5 years of classroom teaching experience
- Strong understanding of grade level standards, instructional best practices, and educational technology
What You’ll Do:
The Director of Academics provides spiritual, instructional, and organizational leadership for the academic program. You’ll work closely with school leadership and the teaching team to ensure alignment with the school’s mission and to support a thriving, Christ-centered learning environment.
A typical day will consist of:
- Leading and supporting the teaching team through communication, coaching, collaboration, and professional development
- Overseeing the Curriculum & Intervention Specialist to ensure alignment across grade levels, effective intervention strategies, and strong, mission-aligned curriculum decisions
- Partnering with families to maintain clear expectations and communication in a homeschool hybrid model
- Managing enrollment-related academic processes, student assessments, and placement decisions
- Supporting hiring, onboarding, and training of teaching staff
- Assisting with strategic initiatives, staff training, and special academic projects
