Director/Executive Director

The Director/ Executive Director is responsible for providing strategic leadership, board

relations, managing the organization's fundraising efforts, ensuring effective program

implementation, cultivating external relationships, fostering strategic partnerships, assessing

and managing risks, evaluating organizational progress, advocating for the organization's

mission, and handling public relations and communications. The Director/Executive Director

guides the organization towards its mission, ensuring its financial stability, and maximizing its

impact in the community it serves.

We are seeking a candidate with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of education and professional experience that demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and passion needed to excel in this role. Relevant experience in nonprofit work, community engagement, healthcare support services, program coordination, or similar mission-driven environments will be strongly considered in lieu of a degree.
