Description

Who Thrives in This Role

If you’re someone who needs constant direction or prefers to execute tasks assigned by others, this
won’t be the right fit. But if you’re a self-starter who takes initiative, follows through, and finds a way to get things done, you’ll thrive here.

We’re looking for a builder. Someone who sees opportunity where others see obstacles, who can
own their work, think strategically, and execute daily without waiting to be told what to do. You’re collaborative and team-oriented, but you also take responsibility for outcomes. You don’t just support fundraising efforts, you drive them forward.

Position Summary

The Development Manager is responsible for executing and advancing The Singletons’ fundraising
efforts across individual giving, corporate partnerships, and annual campaigns.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, build relationships, and consistently
move fundraising efforts forward. You will work closely with the CEO and Board, but this role requires a
high level of independence, ownership, and follow-through.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants to grow into a leadership role while making an immediate
and measurable impact.

Credit)
