Description
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering excellent support, ensuring customer needs are handled efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and skilled at problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat while maintaining a high standard of service
- Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
- Process orders, manage returns, and maintain customer accounts using internal systems
- Review customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements
- Work closely with sales and support teams to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
- Support the onboarding and training of new team members on service standards and best practices
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is an advantage
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency with office software
- Bilingual ability is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong typing skills with attention to detail
- Experience in sales or customer support is beneficial
