Edgewood Senior Solutions Group (ESSG) is a nonprofit senior living organization that operates two distinctive communities: Edgewood in North Andover, Massachusetts, and The Baldwin in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Through both communities, ESSG supports independence, choice, well-being, and an engaging quality of life for older adults. Edgewood is the Merrimack Valley's only life care community, while The Baldwin is a Life Plan Community that welcomed its first residents in October 2023.

Together, Edgewood and The Baldwin provide senior living environments in which residents are empowered to shape their experiences and maintain their independence while having access to services, support, and community. Edgewood Senior Solutions Group seeks a Chief Financial Officer to help shape the organization's financial future and support its continued growth. Working closely with the President & CEO and executive leadership, the CFO will provide strategic direction and oversight for all financial functions, strengthen ESSG's long-term financial position, and ensure that accurate, timely, and useful financial information supports organizational decision-making. The CFO will also serve as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and regularly report financial information to the Trustee Finance Committee and Board of Trustees.

The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven financial executive who combines strategic vision, financial sophistication, and strong relationship-building skills with a genuine commitment to improving the lives of older adults. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, audit, compliance, internal controls, financing, debt structures, bond covenants, and capital planning. Experience within senior living, healthcare, Life Plan Communities, nonprofit organizations, or other regulated and capital-intensive environments is strongly preferred. This leader will be a polished communicator, collaborative executive partner, and trusted advisor who can clearly communicate complex financial matters to boards, committees, residents, lenders, investors, and other stakeholders.
