Hadassah, the Women’s Zionist Organization of America, is a volunteer organization that inspires a passion for and commitment to the land, the people, and the future of Israel. Through education, advocacy, and youth development, and its support of medical care and research at Hadassah Medical Organization, Hadassah enhances the health and lives of people in Israel, the United States and worldwide.

The Web Services Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that Hadassah has a seamless interface between ClearView and Luminate. This role requires an understanding of these applications as well as the ability to manage how each of these applications impacts and integrates with the other.

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and document the current sync interface between ClearView and Luminate; identify gaps
  • Recommend improvements to close the gaps and manage the implementation
  • Identify Luminate functionality that HAD should be using; e.g., donor paid credit card fees
  • Identify Google Analytics functions that HAD should be using
  • Manage end-to-end test environment refresh for ClearView and Luminate
  • Provide daily admin. including password resets, account merges/lookups, admin privileges, etc.
  • Review web site for ease of use and navigation; look for opportunities to:
    • Streamline donation pages/opportunities
    • Deliver enhanced donor experience through streamlined log-in process
    • Standardize all giving pages
    • Review/revamp myHadassah section of the web site
      • Improve ease of use
      • Capitalize on "secure" feature, e.g., Offer donor gift status and payment options
    • Other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • BA/BS, and a minimum of three years in web admin support/web platforms
  • Experience working in a team environment with volunteers and staff

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • A solid understanding of web platforms and processes
    • Knowledge of APIB integration (WISDL)
    • Knowledge of Blackbaud Luminate a plus
    • Knowledge of SofTrek ClearView a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to oversee several projects, and manage timelines and budgets, while also meeting the needs of diverse constituencies
