The Position: Vice President of Community Services

Kodiak Area Native Association seeks an experienced, innovative, and adaptable leader to serve as its Vice President of Community Services.  The Vice President of Community Services leads a highly-professional team that promotes healthy families and encourages workforce development, economic self-sufficiency, Tribal services, and safe communities across the Kodiak archipelago. This is a unique opportunity to establish and deepen relationships across tribal and rural communities and foster strategic partnerships locally, state-wide, and nationally to elevate the quality of life of the people in Kodiak.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for strengthening communities and connecting with people, as well as an ability to think strategically, seeing the full picture and navigating complexity to achieve mission.

Salary and Benefits

The annual salary range is between $160,000 - $177,000 commensurate with qualifications and experience. KANA provides generous benefits and relocation.
