The Cape Coral Animal Shelter Veterinary Clinic is seeking a compassionate, team orientated veterinarian to join our clinic and shelter veterinary staff.  Experience is a plus, however, new graduates are encouraged to apply. We understand that mentorship is a must for a new DVM, and our experienced veterinarians are excited to share their vast clinical and surgical experience with the right candidate.

Ask us about our Student Loan Forgiveness Program via the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program.  That’s right, working for a nonprofit makes you eligible for student loan relief.

Do you like helping clients and their pets by providing health and wellness checkups, vaccines, dentals, and minor surgeries? Do you enjoy shelter medicine? Are you passionate about tackling pet overpopulation and supporting rescue, adoption, and top-quality medical care for homeless pets in a growing community? Cape Coral Animal Shelter and Veterinary Clinic will give you the opportunity to do both!

Our veterinary hospital is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including digital radiology, a full in-house diagnostic laboratory, digital dental x-ray machine, and in house ultrasound.

Did we mention that we are in sunny southwest Florida in the thriving city of Cape Coral?  As one of the fastest growing cities in the country, the Cape offers everything you could want in a community—friendly atmosphere, affordable housing, excellent schools, and all the amenities of a big city with a small, hometown feel.

We understand the importance of work/life balance and strive to make our work environment rewarding, fulfilling, and fun.
