The YWCA Greater Harrisburg is seeking a full-time Team Leader for its Housing and Homelessness Department. The Team Leader is primarily responsible for:

  • Daily oversight of operating procedures and workflow
  • Supervision and performance management of direct service staff including preparation of performance management documentation
  • Implementation of quality case management systems and life skills for program participants
  • Data quality and quality assurance checks
  • Preparation of monthly statistical reports
  • Implementation of department work plans
  • Monitoring occupancy of residential programs and meeting occupancy standards
  • Mentoring, developing, and supporting department staff including training of new staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and two years related work experience
  • Prior leadership experience with supervisory responsibilities
  • Project management experience
  • Previous experience working with homelessness, crisis intervention, or domestic violence/sexual assault victims a plus
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving history
  • Reliable, personal vehicle and proof of insurance
  • FBI, criminal and child abuse clearances upon hire
