Executive Director

Theresians International, a dynamic, contemporary and global spiritual ministry for women, is seeking a new Executive Director effective August, 2021. In small communities meeting monthly, Theresians live the mission of “Women in Support of Women, Reaching Out with Gospel Values.”

Founded in 1962, Theresians International (TI) is a nonprofit organization based in the Catholic tradition and open to all Christian women. The Director of TI will lead and inspire an international membership of over 1,800 women from seven countries in the growth of its mission through the Five Dimensions of Community, Vocation, Spirituality, Ministry and Education. The Executive Director is accountable to and reports directly to the TI Board of Directors. Additionally, the Director communicates and collaborates with all levels of the Theresian leadership and supports and interacts with 150 local communities.

Candidates for this position must possess outstanding communication and relational skills, a positive attitude, and a strong belief in the values of the TI organization. A successful applicant will demonstrate competency in administrative and financial management and have the flexibility to travel worldwide.
Currently located in Springfield, IL, the new ED may relocate TI headquarters within the continental United States. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience and includes a benefits package.
