Technical Specialist (Registrar)
Location: Warrendale PA

SUMMARY:
Actively support technical tasks for the adherence of the PRI Registrar Management System to industry requirements and business needs, including completion of risk assessments for audits, management of customer satisfaction data and auditor scorecards, and assistance with other technical and program administration tasks as needed.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete and approve Organization Certification Analysis Process (OCAP) Risk Assessments for all Registrar audits. (50%)
Complete Performance Based Surveillance/Recertification Process (PBS/RP) analyses as needed to support aerospace audits. (5%)
Provide support for the on-going technical development, implementation, and maintenance of Registrar’s accredited management system via, but not limited to, the following tasks: (20%)
Assist in projects and tasks within the Technical group as needed
Coordinate the internal audit process and data analysis
General system improvements
Technical support for aerospace audits and issues (If person is an auditor)
Assist in registration decisions for audits (If person is an auditor)
Manage customer satisfaction survey measurement and analysis (15%)
The creation and distribution of auditor scorecards (10%)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with 2+ years of office coordinator/program management/administrative experience, or an Associate degree in Business or related field with 4+ years of office coordinator/program management/administrative experience.
Experience in manufacturing / aerospace industries is preferred.
Third party auditing experience is a plus.
Effective administrative, time management, communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of ISO-based quality systems and auditing processes preferred.
Excellent analytical skills for timely and efficient execution of changes caused by revised industry standards as they affect internal and external processes.
Excellent computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite and Visio.
Able to travel at least 5% of the time.
