President and CEO

The Oklahoma Center for Community and Justice, headquartered in Tulsa, Okla., is seeking its next President and Chief Executive Officer. 

In partnership with and accountability to the OCCJ Board of Directors, the President and CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership to achieve OCCJ’s mission and vision. The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to the following; financial management, fundraising, public and community relations, and management and development of staff. 

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced and passionate leader who is well-informed on issues of diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice. Equipped with strong communications skills, this individual should be a confident public speaker who is engaging, influential, and inspirational. The candidate should excel in fund development and community building and have proven experience facilitating opposing interests to arrive at a unified goal. This individual must also be a strong manager and business administrator with demonstrated experience in developing staff and providing decisive direction with confidence. They will possess strong critical thinking and analytical skills as well as the ability to provide short- and long-term strategic vision for the organization.
