Description

NTM Info & Research is a 501(c)(3) non-profit advocacy organization for patients with pulmonary nontuberculous mycobacteria and bronchiectasis.

We are seeking an office administrator. This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday during regular business hours, with some flexibility with scheduling and occasional light evening or weekend activities to assist with online support groups. Occasional travel for work is required.

Qualifications: Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Strong oral and written communications skills in English and excellent phone manner. Excellent proofreading skills. Familiarity with online meeting platforms including Zoom. Well-organized and deadline oriented. Able to manage project workflow. Careful attention to detail and ability to work as a team member with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities: Database management, event scheduling and support, general support including correspondence and filing, records maintenance, mailings and copying, and communications with support group leaders. Understanding of social media a plus.
