Medical Director Independent Contractor

We are a Drug and Alcohol Treatment facility for men located in Stockton, CA. We are seeking a Licensed Physician to serve as our Medical Director for the Department of Health Care Drug-Medi-Cal program.

This is a part-time position that could be schedule for Saturday's. The time would be completely flexible.

The duties include:

• Physical Exam of participant
• Medical Diagnosis (Tx for Inpatient Services)
• Deem medical necessity for treatment
• Initial Treatment Plan, statement of problem, goals to address problem, action steps, description of services, assignment of AOD counselor
• DSM code assignment
• Treatment Plan update every 90 days
