Description
Job Summary
The Manager, Foundation Operations is responsible for managing the successful day to day operations of the Foundation including receiving and recording of all gifts, managing the stewardship activities and communications to donors, financial reconciliations, planning and execution of fundraising events.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Maintaining the Foundation database to support fundraising, relationship management, program activities and accurate reporting.
- Providing project management support for fundraising campaigns and appeals and all corresponding activities.
- Serving as the committee coordinator for the Foundation Board of Directors and committee manager for Governance Committee.
- Coordinating events for the Foundation including the CAP Annual Meeting
