Foundation Manager

The Conru Foundation is seeking an experienced Foundation Manager / Chief Operating Officer to take its mission to the next level.  Using our $1M budget. we seek to create and motivate a movement which will involve a team of 5-10 people who will publish papers and videos, create motivational and educational events across the country, and grant money help others achieve important goals.

We are building a Free Speech / Anti-extremism centrist movement, and we need to know what we don’t know. The chosen candidate will know what we don’t about changing the country.  The FM will have extensive experience running a foundation at the detail level, making sure all the Founder’s directives are completed on time and under budget. There will be many moving parts to this organization, and the FM will oversee the all of them, creating a well-oiled machine of productivity and impact.

Salary commensurate with experience, start immediately, work from home, but live in / near Seattle.

Master's preferred, Bachelor's required.  Must have experience running a foundation.  We are seeking someone who knows what we don't
